One application. We review the equipment, the business, and the timing, then assemble the file and work it with lenders suited to it. A lender may approve, decline, or counter. On an approval worth pursuing, documents and conditions are completed and the lender pays the vendor.
It depends on the size and complexity of the transaction. Smaller, straightforward files move quickly; larger or more involved ones take more documentation and underwriting. We would rather give a realistic timeline once we understand the transaction than a number before.
Rate depends on the equipment, transaction size, business profile, credit, term, and structure. Quoting a number before those are known would be guessing. Final rates and terms are set by the lender.
